SCOTT SUTTON
Originally from Knott County, Kentucky, Scott now calls Hyden, Kentucky, home. He discovered his passion for the banjo at just nine years old, under the guidance of his cousin Ray Slone, a math teacher and fiddle player, who gave him his first taste of stage performance. Influenced heavily by other family, and legends like Earl Scruggs, J.D. Crowe, and Terry Baucom. Scott has played with several bands and on many stages in his 42-year career. The Creekers are a very talented, fresh and exciting journey for Scott, as he shares his experience and awesome banjo skills with this young band. He really enjoys the vibe they have both on and off the stage.

The Creekers was more than I expected when I was blessed enough to see them perform at The Live in Liberty Music Summer Music Series last night May 9th 2024! I will admit I have been hearing a buzz about this band all over social media so about a week ago I started to explore them on social media as well as You tube curious of what all the talk was about!! Honestly I was digging what I seen so I was excited to see first hand if this band was truly legit cause after all, Mic Drops loves Legit!!! Let me be as truthful as I have ever been in my life, The Creekers are like 10 times better in person than any picture or video give them credit for because dudes these dudes and one woman rocked my world to the extreme and I still cannot believed what I witnessed right before my eyes!!! The originals they sang was to perfection and their versatility was something pretty special!! I loved how not just one person sang but they split that up between band mates! The Creekers have such a strong stage presents and lots of jokes and are a hands down crowd pleaser!! Their just isn't anything wrong with this band and seeing artists have energy like they give is really hard to find but a must if your going to be a successful band and The Creekers did all of that!! Be sure to give these guys some love and go follow their social media pages, Go see the The Creekers live if you can cause this band will do everything in it's power to give you one of the best shows you ever seen!!! Video coming soon, Maybe two videos! Stay Tuned

“Scott's music is truly captivating and has the power to transport you to another world. His talent and passion shine through in every note he plays on the banjo "
